SCWW is a privately held utility.  Part of our core mission is to service the domestic waste needs of households and businesses on septic systems, and to service agriculture and the many businesses and groups that utilize chemical toilets (port-a-potties).

Well over 90% of Ventura County septic owners have their waste brought to SCWW for processing.  Domestic waste comes to us from dozens of companies serving the county.  Additionally, we accept secondary digester sludge from as far north as San Jose and as far south as San Diego County.

Most notable is that SCWW processes bio-waste from exploratory centers in Antartica.   The waste is frozen and shipped in canisters and eventually trucked to our Santa Paula site.  If global warming researchers trust their waste to SCWW, you can too!
